Jes Grobman is a student at American University, working on a dual BA/MA program in Philosophy and Social Policy. In their academic studies, Jes is particularly interested in applying queer and feminist discourses to social justice work. In their activism, Jes is particularly passionate about challenging wealth inequality, the prison-industrial complex, and transphobia, and working towards achieving justice for the Palestinian people. When not working to make the world a better place, Jes enjoys eating good vegetarian food and fawning over kittens. |
