Drones Around the Globe: Proliferation
and Resistance
Georgetown University Law Center, 600 New
Jersey Ave NW, Washington, DC
Join CODEPINK and allies for a day of anti-drone
actions as we march from the White House to the
offices of General Atomics, the largest manufacturer
of the killer drones that circle over much of
the world and have caused so much catastrophe,
heartbreak and despair on the ground in places
we are not at war with, like Yemen, Pakistan,
Somalia-- they have even been reported in the
Philippines and Cote d'Ivoire! It's an empire,
and in an unchecked system of killing with impunity
with no transparency, thousands of lost lives
remain unacknowledged.
